Our Story

Strategic Wellness Partners was founded with a clear mission: to build trauma-informed systems, one partnership at a time.

After two decades of working in behavioral health - as a therapist, program director, educator, and advocate - our founder saw a pattern. Organizations were passionate about serving their communities, but too often lacked the tools, structures, and support to sustain trauma-informed, equitable, and effective practices.

Strategic Wellness Partners was born out of that gap.

We believe mental wellness should be embedded into every layer of an organization - from how staff are supported to how clients are welcomed. Our consulting firm helps nonprofits, healthcare systems, schools, and companies design systems that care for people, not just outcomes.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. We partner closely with each organization to understand their goals, values, and challenges - and we bring both heart and strategy to the table.
